At Little Taddies, we believe in the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework, for Australia which is Belonging, Being and Becoming. The Centre will endeavor to uphold these principles and follow the outcomes:
In relation to the children, we will acknowledge children’s independence by making them feel valued within their own families and cultural units by encouraging and extending from family and home life to time spent at the Centre.
All children will be treated as unique individuals and be allowed to be children and learn through play an experimentation using enquiry and questions.
We will at all times provide the children with a warm and secure environment and allow them the freedom to make special friends and strong relationships with both educators and other children.
In relation to the families, we will provide the opportunity for input and involvement into every aspect of the Centre.
All suggestions and concerns will be dealt with and treated with respect and courtesy.
In relation to the community, we will attain a good standing in our local community and be involved as much as possible in community events.
The children will be encouraged to get to know the local community and excursions to community areas around the Centre will be encouraged in the Quokkas group. (3 years and over)
In relation to our colleagues, we will endeavor to have a good standing and relationships with other services within our area.
All educators will be treated with respect. The Centre will try to be flexible with the working environment to assist in the life work balance of all staff at the Centre.
Our infant care program is designed to provide a secure and nurturing environment for your baby. We focus on meeting each infant’s needs, stimulating their senses, and promoting early development. We believe that all babies should be loved and cared for with individuality in mind,
Our toddler programs combine fun and learning activities to help your child develop essential skills. With a balance of play, exploration, and structured learning, our toddlers thrive.
Our preschool curriculum prepares children for their academic journey ahead. We focus on cognitive, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate lessons and interactive activities. We have a great outdoor play space, that is nature based and encourages imaginative and risky play.
